Non-compliant information on chemicals is a serious issue that needs to be fixed. Progress has been made with evaluation but further measures are planned to raise the percentage of dossiers checked and increase efficiency.

As a next step, ECHA is preparing an action plan with the Commission to increase their actions for compliance checks: raising the percentage of dossiers to be checked and increasing efficiency. The plan will be published before the summer.
