Substance evaluation decisions to be published soon
Ten substance evaluations will be finalised by the member states until the 19th of March 2025.
ECHA will send the finalised draft decisions to the registrants. The registrants will then have 30 days to submit their comments to the draft decision.
For seven draft decisions, additional information is needed for clarifications on identified concerns. These substances are:
- tetradecamethylhexasiloxane, evaluated by Spain;
- 2,4,6-tribromophenol, evaluated by France;
- 4,4'-isopropylidenebis[2-allylphenol], evaluated by Denmark;
- 2,2'-[(1-methylethylidene)bis(4,1-phenyleneoxy)]bisethyl diacetate, evaluated by Denmark;
- (1-methylethylidene)bis(4,1-phenyleneoxy-3,1-propanediyl) bismethacrylate, evaluated by Denmark;
- 3,3'-[methylenebis(oxymethylene)]bisheptane, evaluated by Ireland; and
- 4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-N-[4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)phenyl]aniline, evaluated by Sweden.
For the remaining three draft decisions, no further information is required.
- dioctyltin oxide, evaluated by Austria;
- tetrasodium N,N-bis(carboxylatomethyl)-L-glutamate, evaluated by France; and
