The Netherlands notified its intention to prepare the restriction proposal on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in granules used as infill material in synthetic turf. A call for evidence to gather further information will start later on this summer and there will be a stakeholder workshop in autumn. The submission of the restriction proposal is planned for April 2018.
