A new <link http: data.legilux.public.lu file eli-etat-leg-rgd-2018-04-10-a249-jo-fr-pdf.pdf _blank>Grand-Ducal Regulation amending Annex III of the <link http: data.legilux.public.lu file eli-etat-leg-memorial-2013-145-fr-pdf.pdf _blank>Regulation of the 30th of July 2013 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment has been published in the Mémorial.

This new regulation particularly concerns the points 9b, 13a and 13b of Annex III of the Regulation limiting the use of certain dangerous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. These points concern the uses of lead in the bearings and half-bearings of compressors, lead in white glass for optical applications and cadmium and lead in filter glasses respectively.

This new regulation will enter into force on the 6^th of July 2018.
