New Regulation restricting PFOA
The European Commission has published a new <link http: eur-lex.europa.eu legal-content en txt pdf _blank>Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 restricting the use of Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related substances. This Regulation amends Annex XVII to incorporate the restriction into REACH.
