ECHA has just published new web pages related to Waste Framework Directive and the database on articles containing SHVC. The web pages provide background information on the database and on the project’s next steps.

Context: ECHA is developing a database with information on articles containing substances of very high concern from the Candidate List, under the Waste Framework Directive. Companies producing, importing or supplying such articles will need to submit information to ECHA as of January 2021.
