The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (<link https: www.list.lu wp-login.php _blank>LIST) is looking for an “<link https: www.list.lu fr carriere job-offer-detail erin-2018-011 _blank>Experienced Engineer in environmental policies with focus on chemicals” to mostly work on chemicals policies (REACH and CLP). The selected candidate will also contribute to the further development of the Environmental Policies group (EPS) activities on chemicals, e.g. on the substitution of hazardous chemicals, the safe use of chemicals, and a deeper focus on selected product groups such as nanomaterials, plastics, etc.

The selected candidate will be part of the Sustainability Assessment and Circularity (<link https: www.list.lu en research erin environmental-sustainability-assessment-and-circularity _blank>SUSTAIN) research unit at the Department of Environmental Research and Innovation (<link https: www.list.lu en research erin _blank>ERIN) at LIST and will join the Environmental Policies group (EPS) of the SUSTAIN research unit. The EPS group aims to contribute to a better control of environmental risks via science based support to the definition, implementation and evaluation of environmental policies at national and EU level.
