Public consultation – Amendments of the Annexes to REACH for registration of nanomaterials
The consultation, launched by the European Commission on 9 October will ends on 6 November. The amendment will further clarify the legal requirements when registering nanoforms under REACH, and improve ECHA’s ability to implement REACH for nanomaterials by making it more effective.
