The REACH&CLP Helpdesk and the Betriber&Emwelt platform have just launched a survey to find out more about your communication preferences and support needs.

It is important for us to review our support offer to determine how we can improve and adapt our services to best meet your needs as the regulatory framework continues to evolve.

You will only need to spend 10 to 15 minutes answering a few questions in the survey, which is available in English, French and German. The survey is open until 21 November 2023.
