The new version of the SCIP database 2.0 is published and soon ready to use for certain new functionalities.

Users can soon start searching the database by SCIP number. ECHA will start processing data submitted in simplified SCIP notifications (SSNs) progressively from December 2021. This will allow users to search using SCIP numbers that are referencing to other notifications. Due to the high volume, processing this data might take some time. The new version also has many other improvements related, for example, to the search functionalities.
