An amendment of the Annexe XIV REACH (Regulation (EU) 2023/2482) has just been published in the Official journal.

The amendment updates the entry 4 of authorisation list which is related to the substance bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). The update especially concerns the extension of the latest application date and the sunset date applicable to the use of DEHP in medical devices within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and Regulation (EU) 2017/74.
