ECHA have updated the substitution plan format for applications for authorisation. Companies need to submit a substitution plan as part of their application for authorisation if there are suitable alternatives in general but those alternatives are technically or economically not yet feasible for your specific use. This will help ECHA’s scientific committees to better assess the application.
