The <link https: echa.europa.eu information-on-chemicals annex-vi-to-clp _blank>harmonised classification (CLH) of some substances, or the revision of their existing classification, will be legally applied from 1 March 2018 onwards according to the ninth adaptation to technical progress (ATP) (<link http: eur-lex.europa.eu legal-content en txt pdf _blank>Regulation EU 2016/1179). Substances affected include lead (massive and powder form) and some rodenticides.

This adaptation deletes Table 3.2 containing the harmonised classification according to the Dangerous Substance Directive.
