The EU adopted Regulation (EU) 2025/2455, a key part of the One Substance, One Assessment (OSOA) initiative under the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability.

The regulation establishes a common data platform on chemicals designed to improve how chemical information is shared, accessed and used across the European Union to make it easier for regulators, businesses, scientists and the public to find information on chemical substances.
