Several draft legislative acts relating to the “one substance, one assessment” package are currently being prepared.

These initiatives concern:

• Harmonised classification under the CLP Regulation: this concerns the addition of substances already identified as endocrine disruptors or pollutants to Annex VI of the CLP Regulation.
• Observatory dedicated to certain specific chemicals: this concerns the establishment of an observatory dedicated to certain specific chemicals in order to contribute to the acquisition of knowledge on emerging risks related to chemicals. It will replace the current European Nanomaterials Observatory.

Common data platform on chemicals: this concerns two initiatives, one relating to the implementation plan and governance of the platform and the second relating to the establishment of a steering committee.
