A call for evidence on ECHA’s reports of pitch, coal tar, high-temperature and anthracene oil are open for comments.  

The calls for evidence aim to investigate whether there is a need to initiate a restriction under REACH Article 69(2) for pitch, coal tar, high-temperature and anthracene oil.

Interested parties are invited to submit information and evidence on these substances until 29 October 2021.
