A new Grand-Ducal regulation on the protection of workers against risks related to exposure to carcinogenic or mutagenic agents or reprotoxic substances at work have just been published in the Mémorial A.

This regulation transposes the European directive (Directive (EU) 2022/431) on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work.

This regulation sets out the specific minimum requirements, including limit values, for the protection of employees from risks to their safety and health, including the prevention of such risks, to which they are or may be exposed as a result of their exposure to carcinogens, mutagens or reprotoxic substances at work.
