If you are using ECHA’s system-to-system service to submit your poison centre notifications, ECHA recommends upgrading to the latest application programming interface (API Version 2).

The latest API update is mainly related to notifications of substances of concern in products (SCIP), but ECHA also encourages companies using the system-to-system service for poison centre notifications to update to the latest API. ECHA’s submission portal is compatible with both the previous and latest API versions so you have enough time to upgrade.
